Set up Ads Gateway MCP for Windsurf with guardrails.

Requirements:
1) Add MCP server "Ads Gateway" using URL https://ads-gateway.onrender.com/mcp.
2) Merge with existing MCP config; do not remove other servers.
3) Keep OAuth defaults; avoid custom callback fields.
4) Validate final configuration syntax.
5) Return exact changes and connection verification steps.
